Healthwatch Norfolk is the independent voice for patients, service users and carers in the county. We gather people’s views of health and social care services in Norfolk and make sure they are heard by the people in charge.
Healthwatch Norfolk is working with Norfolk County Council (NCC) to understand the experiences of people over 65, and their family members or friends who help care for them.
We’d like to understand:
- What makes it easier or harder for families or friends to get involved in caring for older people
- What support would help families or friends become more involved.
