Bank Holiday Closure Monday 25th May

Please be advised the surgery will be closed on Monday 25th May due to the bank holiday. If you require medical assistance during this time please visit NHS111, or call 111. In the event of an emergency please call 999.

We will reopen as usual on Tuesday 26th May 2026.

Healthwatch Survey 

Healthwatch Norfolk, in partnership with Norfolk County Council’s Public Health teams, is seeking local views on two areas of wellbeing: NHS Health Checks and stop smoking services.

  • NHS Health Checks are free for residents aged 40–74 and help identify risks of conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure. Feedback is welcome whether you’ve had a check, are eligible soon, or haven’t booked yet.
  • Current and former smokers (that have smoked in the last 10 years) are invited to share experiences with quitting, relapse, or support services to help people stop smoking.
