Please make sure you allow up to 1 week before you contact the surgery for your results.
Getting your test results
The doctor or nurse will advise you when a result should be available and the receptionist will pass the doctor’s comments on to you.
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- by phoning us on 01986 874618 between 10am and 5pm
- Or click here: test results request and we will reply by Text or Email.
Questions about your results
Please remember the receptionists are unable to give out any information to anyone other than the patient. This includes the results of tests; please respect this when enquiring about relatives – unless they have submitted a consent to share form.
