The phlebotomy service for patients of Cutlers Hill Surgery is now offering pre-bookable appointments, rather than operating a ‘walk-in’ service. This allows us to provide the service in a safe environment for our patients and staff in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and is in line with other blood testing services in Norfolk and Waveney, and elsewhere.

When attending your appointment, please enter via the main entrance at Patrick Stead Hospital and remember to wear a face covering. Please arrive no earlier than five minutes before your appointment time, due to limited waiting space. If you find you cannot attend, please call reception to cancel, so that we can make the appointment available to someone else.
